A North York property recently required professional water damage restoration after water entered the building and affected several areas of the property. Plan B Restoration was brought in to assess the extent of the damage, identify affected materials and begin the restoration process.

Our team first assessed the affected areas and determined where moisture had spread beyond the visibly damaged areas. Standing water was removed where necessary, followed by professional structural drying to reduce moisture within flooring, walls and other building materials.
